Crystal Springs is a quiet community located near the center of Bellingham, MA. There are 62 townhouses in our association, with a spacious area to relax and enjoy the community. The 10 original townhouse buildings were built during the late 1980s, with an additional 7 buildings built between 2014 and 2016. The complex sits on almost 40 acres, and our fiscal year runs March 1st through February 28th.


Our association is managed by Salisbury Management, an off-site management company which is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of the Association. They handle on-going maintenance, collections and the financial aspects of community. They have extensive Condominium experience and offer support and advice to the Board of Governors.


The town of Bellingham is located in southeastern Massachusetts, with Rhode Island as its southern border, and is part of the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor. Bellingham is in the center of a triangle formed by the cities of Boston, Worcester and Providence, RI, approximately thirty miles from each of these destinations. While Bellingham offers a wonderful, small town atmosphere with easy access to forests, lakes, and bike trails, it also provides easy access to numerous amenities such as ample shopping, a major cinema complex, state-of-art library and senior center, numerous athletic fields, two regulation 18-hole public golf courses, and one regulation 9-hole public golf course.
